Update – 10:22am: Bob McKenzie of TSN reports that there is no discipline coming for Alex Killorn.
Last night during the Lightning-Maple Leafs game, Alex Killorn checked Paul Ranger head first into the board. Ranger went down and didn’t move for a good while. Eventually, he had to be taken off on a stretcher. Ryan Dadoun of Pro Hockey Talk says he’s in stable condition.
As of this morning, there is no scheduled discipline hearing for Killorn, as the Lighting prepare to face the Ottawa Senators tonight in Ottawa, according to Darren Dreger of TSN. (LINK) However, this could change sometime today for all anyone knows.
