The Tampa Bay Lightning have had little to no luck on the injury front of late, and they took another hit Wednesday night when goaltender Anders Lindback went down with what the team is calling a lower body injury.
Lindback entered the game when Mathieu Garon was pulled in the second period after allowing three goals on thirteen shots. Lindback left the game midway through the third period after stopping seven of the eight shots he faced.
Lindback left the game early in the third period and did not return. The Lightning said he is listed as day-to-day, pending reevaluation of the injury.
