In an effort for NFL teams to get more work out of less time, more and more teams are attempting to hold joint practices.
The New England Patriots are trying to do this again this season.
According to Mike Reiss of ESPNBoston.com, the Patriots are expected to go that route, with the Eagles “the top candidate.”
This happened last year after the Patriots worked with both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New Orleans Saints.
The joint sessions give players a chance to work against an unfamiliar face, which adds some intensity to the work.
