Yankees Offer Hiroki Kuroda A One-Year Deal

Kuroda turned down a qualifying offer from New York that would have been for one year and $14.1 million, but he did the same thing last offseason before eventually re-signing for $15 million.
Kuroda will be 39 years old before Opening Day and struggled down the stretch, but finished the season with a 3.31 ERA in 201 innings and has been one of the majors? most consistent, underrated starters since coming over from Japan in 2008.
