The anticipation is finally over, here are my NFL picks for Week 3. Home teams usually have an advantage on the short week and that advantage is multiplied when playing a non-divisional game. A couple of days ago Carolina was a 1.5 point underdog but most of the money has come in on the Panthers. There’s just not enough time for the Giants to prepare for the spread-option offense of Carolina’s. Panthers 27, Giants 17
