UCF’s game last Saturday against No. 12/13 South Carolina drew a 2.2 household rating on ABC, according to an ESPN spokesman, with an average of 3.2 million viewers tuning in to the Knights’ 28-25 loss.
By comparison, Purdue-Wisconsin drew a 1.9 rating and 2.78 million viewers in the 3:30 timeslot on ABC on Sept. 21. The UCLA-Nebraska match-up in the same noon slot on ABC drew a 2.7 rating and 4.19 million viewers on Sept. 14.
