Tuck: 2013 BCS Bowl Projections

 Alabama vs.  Nebraska

Two teams that failed to make their conference title games, and benefited by not taking an extra loss.  The Tide jump over the Aggies who beat them during the year, and the Huskers get the nod over other at-large teams.  The Orange Bowl won’t complain because they get an all-time great match-up of rabid fan bases.

 South Carolina vs. Cincinnati

The Gamecocks win the SEC and take on the AAC champ.

 Texas vs.   Boise State

The Big XII champion Longhorns take on the final ever BCS buster, who is appropriately Boise State, after the Broncos win the first ever MWC title game.

 Michigan vs.  Stanford

The Wolverines win the Big 10 and the Rose Bowl replaces Pac-12 champ Oregon with North runner-up Stanford, who gets the nod with a better record than South winner USC.

 Florida State vs.  Oregon

Two unbeaten teams this year, and they will play for all the marbles.  Yes, it’s different.  Yes, it’s bold.  Yes, I believe it.
