Tony Oden New Bucs Defensive Backs Coach
The Buccaneers had the league’s worst pass defense in 2012, which is probably why they didn’t put up much of a fight when defensive backs coach Ron Cooper wanted to take a job at the University of South Florida.

Oden filled the defensive backs job for the Jaguars in 2012, where he oversaw the league’s 22nd-ranked pass defense. Oden had the same job in New Orleans in 2011 and spent 2006-2010 as an assistant defensive backs coach with the Saints. He worked for the Texans and in college before heading to New Orleans
