Philadelphia 76ers wingman Evan Turner is off to a hot start, he’s averaging 22.4 points and 6.7 rebounds per game this season.
Turner has been in trade talks for the last two seasons while still under his rookie contract.
According to Fox Sports Ohio, the 76ers are “set on trading Turner.”
The Thunder are still looking for a third scoring punch to go along with Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook following the loss of James Harden via trade and Kevin Martin due to free-agency. On the other hand the Minnesota Timberwolves (5-3) are looking like serious contenders in the Western Conference and adding Turner could solidify that status.
Philadelphia (4-4) is off to a surprising start this year.
