1. Because the Saints are actually fighting for their division lead. Carolina’s win on Sunday made this game even more important, because it put the pressure on New Orleans. The Saints have to win to keep the lead in the NFC South.
2. Because Drew Brees is having an MVP-caliber season. With Peyton Manning playing at such an insane level, it’s easy to look pass Brees’ 28 touchdown passes and 3,647 yards.
3. Because the Seahawks, who have 101 points in the last three games, are facing a real defense. Seattle’s strength is usually considered their defense, but Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch and company have been on fire.
