Marshall, who hasn’t played this season, was charged with possession of marijuana between two and four ounces, and possession of a dangerous drug. Both are Class A misdemeanors and carry a maximum penalty of a $4,000 fine and up to one year in jail.

It was Marshall’s second pot-related arrest, coming eight months after he plead guilty to possession of less than two ounces of marijuana.
