Texans Select UCLA Guard Xavier Su'a-Filo

The second night of the NFL Draft is underway, and the Houston Texans kicked things off, taken UCLA offensive guard Xavier Su'a-Filo.

At6 foot4, 307 pounds,Su'a-Filo's best attribute is his footwork, something he credits to his father teaching him how to jump rope at a young age.

Aside from footwork and lateral agility, Su'a'-Filo is a tremendousrun blocker. He's capable of playing both guard and tackle, although he's said that he prefers guard.

A two-time All Pac-12 selection, he started all 40 games during his time with the Bruins, even will missing two seasons on a Mormon mission trip in 2010 and 2011.

Given the Texans' emphasis on the run game and unsolidified quarterback position, it's a smart pick for the Texans.
