Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub might be physically fine, but that doesn’t mean his feelings aren’t hurt.
The deposed starter (who will watch Case Keenum start this week) admitted that he’s not a fan of coach Gary Kubiak’s decision to replace him.
“As a player and as a competitor, I don’t like it,” Schaub said, via Brian Smith of the Houston Chronicle.
He then added: “I understand that I’m part of the reason that we’re in this position.”
