Tebow Given Birthday Cake On SEC Network Launch
Tim Tebow turned 27 yesterday and from now on, he and the SEC Network will share a birthday. He is now officially on the network’s team of broadcasters. On that note, Tebow returned to his old stomping grounds to talk Florida football during the network’s launch, where he was presented with a birthday cake by the school’s mascot, Albert.
The SEC Network spent it’s debut broadcast by jumping around the conference talking to multiple coaches and players about their season expectations. Tebow of course was at UF and got to talk to current quarterback Jeff Driskel about the upcoming season and what fans can expect.

Tebow did the same for coach Will Muschamp, who never coached him. By the way, what is Muschamp wearing? A jacket with shorts and flip flops? Moving on…

On a semi-unrelated note, Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin was asked about the Aggies’ season moving forward in the post-Manziel days. He named a bunch of his players on both offense and defense and says that they all have talent and he believes they’ll be fine. He has yet to name a starting quarterback for his team but he says he plans to do so by this weekend.
