Jerry Sandusky Seeks Appeal

HARRISBURG, Pa. — Jerry Sandusky is asking Pennsylvania’s highest court to take up his appeal of his child sex abuse conviction, saying the judge should have instructed jurors regarding the length of time it took victims to come forward.

Jerry Sandusky still maintains that he is innocent . He is serving his sentence  30 to 60 years in prison.
