Stars Looking at a Playoff Run The Second Half Of The Season


The Dallas Stars haven?t been to the playoffs since 2008, but they?ve got a great chance to end that drought in 2014.

?We talked as a team today that we put together a heck of a run just before we left,? coach Lindy Ruff said, per the Dallas Morning News. ?We?ve put ourselves in a good position.?

Indeed, the Stars went into the Olympic break on a 6-1-2 run, and tonight, they host Carolina in their first of 24 down the stretch, and with a chance to move back in front of Vancouver for the final playoff spot in the West.
