Besides the snacks and halftime show, the best part of watching the big football game is seeing what kind of crazy and entertaining ads will dominate the social media conversation the next day.
This year, a 30-second spot reportedly costs $4 million to air, plus companies have to pay for production, marketing and actors (or famous spokespeople). It’s a big investment, but given that more than 100 million people will be watching the Denver Broncos take on the Seattle Seahawks Sunday, it could pay off for some brands.
