Rockies’ Cuddyer Has Fractured Shoulder
On Monday, the Colorado Rockies announced that outfielder Michael Cuddyer found himself on the DL. Hours later, Cuddyer revealed the extent of his injury:

Needless to say he’ll be out a while. According to Jenny Cavnar, he also said he’s likely out six to eight weeks. He’s batting .317/.366/.500 (124 OPS+) in 31 games.
The announcement comes on the heels of the team learning that teammate Carlos Gonzalez will undergo exploratory surgery on his finger.
