The Giants Guillermo Moscoso  will be making his first start of the season taking the place of Barry Zito  who has been moved to the bullpen. The Giants acquired him from the Chicago Cubs on July 26th where he had spent the entire season in Triple-A Iowa going 7-5 withh a 3.93 ERA in 17 starts. He ranked second in the Pacific Coast League with 9.0 K’s per 9 innings pitched. He will be making his 3rd start against the Rays and has gone 0-1 with an 8.38 ERA (9ER, 9.2 IP) in his previous two starts.
