The American Athletic Conference announced a portion of its kickoff times and televised games for the 2013 football season, including three for the UCF Knights.
UCF will kickoff the 2013 season with a 7 p.m. game on Aug. 29 against the University of Akron. That game will be available on ESPN 3.
The two remaining games are a pair of conference matchups against the University of Louisville and Rutgers University.
The Knights will travel to Kentucky for a Friday night tilt against the Cardinals on Oct. 18 at 8 p.m. on ESPN. In the final game before the Thanksgiving break, UCF will welcome the Scarlet Knights to Orlando on Nov. 21 at 7:30 p.m, also available on ESPN.
Those are three of the six nationally televised games announced for UCF this season. Early season away games at FIU and Penn State will also be available on the CBS Sports Network and Big Ten Network respectively. The kickoff time of the Nov. 29 game against new-conference rivals USF is still undetermined.
