Bucs Sign Linebacker Sammuel Lamur

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Thursday that they have signed linebacker Sammuel Lamur, who spent time with the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League this past season.

Lamur, 26, played quarterback at Joliet Junior College prior to transferring to Kansas State. In 15 games with Kansas State from 2011-12, Lamur completed nine-of-eleven passes for 80 yards, with nine rushes for 37 yards and a touchdown.

Lamur (6-5, 225) appeared in just one game for the Storm a season ago. He will wear No. 48 for the Bucs.
