Russell Wilson told reporters today that he wants to be remembered as a player who changed the way the quarterback position is played and paved the way for a new generation of quarterbacks.
“I want to change the game because, if you think about it, there’s a difference between being good and being great and changing the game,” Wilson said. “I think guys like Peyton Manning have changed the game in terms of the way he thinks, in terms of the way he processes things. You see that about him.”
Russell Wilson can certainly change the game of football… if he can maintain a tradition of winning ball games and championships.
