QB Stephen Morris Gets Justin Blackmon’s Locker, Not Bortles

Former UCF quarterback Blake Bortles may have been the Jacksonville Jaguars 3rd overall pick in the NFL Draft, but its former Miami QB Stephen Morris who is being recognized.

Well, sort of. According to the Associated Press, the Jaguars cleaned out wide receiver Justin Blackmon’s locker Tuesday. That can only mean that the indefinitely suspended player won’t be returning anytime soon.

According to NFL.com, it was undrafted free agent QB Morris who got the locker. Not Bortles.

Blackmon was banned from the first four games by the league for substance abuse and it doesn’t look like he’ll be back anytime soon.

Regardless, his locker is now being occupied.
