NFL training camp is just around the corner and Atlanta Falcons rookie Devonta Freeman is expected to make a name for himself right off the bat.
According to ESPN’s Vaughn McClure, the former Seminole could be in the running to knock out current starter Steven Jackson. Even though Freeman will have to out shine Jacquizz Rodgers first, Freeman has already shown that he is capable.
It will be interesting to see how he does with pads on, but McClure points out that Freeman has an exceptional willingness to learn and work hard so he’s really capable of doing anything.
Falcons fans can expect Freeman to be an asset right away.
