Often times, NFL players “dance” across the field when blocking and making plays. They can really learn to dance, now that teams are implementing ballet techniques.
According to Pro Football Talk, the Dallas Cowboys plan to install ballet bars to help stretch out their players. The team has ordered the dance equipment to be installed soon.
Coach Jason Garrett says that the idea stemmed from the need to address injuries. They need to emphasize the need to stretch and get into a routine that helps them to be more flexible.
This is a pretty good idea. Ballet bars may actually help players avoid future injuries.
