Bucs WR Vincent Jackson Suffers Rib Injury Against Patriots

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Vincent Jackson has suffered a rib injury against the New England Patriots. He is listed as questionable to return.

Jackson caught three passes for 34 yards receiving before leaving the game in the first half.

The Buccaneers medical staff examined Jackson on the sideline before Jackson put on a baseball cap.

It is unclear at this point which play Jackson sustained the injury.

The Bucs other top receiver, Mike Williams, caught five passes for 65 receiving yards but the offense has struggled to put complete drives together.

The Bucs trail 20-3 at the beginning of the fourth quarter.

Heading into today’s game, Jackson led the team with 231 receiving yards through two games.
