Bucs Make Roster Moves to Meet 75-Player Requirement


The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made some roster moves today to get down to the 75-man roster requirement in time for its 4:00 p.m. deadline.

Those moves include waiving injured linebacker Jacob Cutrera, releasing tight end Zach Miller, and waiving five others.

The five players waived include wide receiver Chris Denton, tight end Mike Shanahan, offensive guard Adam Smith and defensive back Branden Smith.

NFL teams will have until 6 p.m. ET Saturday to get down to 53 players. The earliest teams can begin assembling their practice squads will be Sunday at noon.
