Broncos’ Ryan Clady Out For Season

cladyPeyton Manning needs a new blindside protector. Broncos franchise left tackle Ryan Clady’s season is over, according to FOX Sports 1’s NFL insider Mike Garafolo.

Clady, 27, sustained a Lisfranc injury in his left foot during Sunday’s 43-21 win against the Giants and it has been deemed serious enough to place him on the team’s season-ending injured reserve.

Fifth-year tackle Chris Clark will replace Clady and will be the first player other than Clady to start at left tackle since 2007. Clark signed a two-year extension with the team Monday.

The Broncos made a corresponding move by signing veteran tackle Winston Justice, according to ESPN. Justice will receive the veteran minimum with another $350,000 in incentives, the report says.
