There is a lot of hype for the upcoming NFL season and players are getting ready to compete.
CBS Sports’ Senior NFL columnist, Pete Prisco, released a list of 25 players he believed would be breakout stars for this NFL season and make the biggest impact for their respective teams.
Some of the names include New England Patriots LB Jaime Collins, Arizona Cardinals RB Andre Ellington, and Cleveland Browns RB Ben Tate. Seattle Seahawks CB Byron Maxwell was also featured on the list and is a fan favorite to have a great season ahead of him proving so as he emerged as a starter last season.
However with the Seahawks’ famed “Legion of Boom” secondary is looking a little different this fall. Both Brandon Browner and Walter Thurmond are not returning to Seattle. Will Maxwell prove a valid running mate as Richard Sherman’s right cornerback?
