The 49ers have extended the contract of their top blocking back, the club announced Thursday.
Bruce Miller, 27, receives a three-year deal. This season he started 13 games for the 49ers in 2013, catching 25 passes for 243 yards and rushing seven times for 13 yards before suffering a season-ending shoulder injury.
When asked about Miller, 49ers GM Trent Baalke had this to say:
“Bruce is a hard-working, dedicated young player that has done an outstanding job for us, both on and off the field.”
