Giants Place David Baas On Injured Reserve

Make it two starting offensive linemen on injured reserve for the Giants.

The Giants ended center David Baas‘ season on Wednesday, two days after he suffered a knee injury against the Vikings. Baas joins guard Chris Snee on injured reserve and the knee injury ends a frustrating season that also included a neck injury that forced Baas to the sideline for three weeks.

The Giants didn’t announce any addition to the roster to fill Baas’ spot. Jim Cordle started at center when Baas was out earlier in the season and would be the likely choice to do so now that Baas is out for good.
