CLEVELAND — Buffalo Bills quarterback EJ Manuel is scheduled to undergo an MRI on his right knee Friday after leaving Thursday night’s loss to the Cleveland Browns with a sprained right knee, a source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
Coach Doug Marrone said Manuel’s injury will be evaluated in the coming days. The Bills do not play another game until Oct. 13 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
“I saw him working out on the sidelines and thought we could get him back,” Marrone said after the game. “And then [the medical staff] shut him down.”
