After trading their center, they’re looking for more lottery luck.
Armed with the best odds and with Pat Williams back on stage, the Magic will try to jump-start the rebuilding process Tuesday night by landing the rights to the No. 1 pick in the NBA draft.
Williams, the Magic’s longtime team executive, has won four times, including three with Orlando. He says he’s got “a funny feeling that this could be another Magic year.”
Orlando could use it after going 20-62 after trading Howard to the Los Angeles Lakers last August.
The Magic have a 25 percent chance to win the lottery.
