In the upcoming NBA Draft, The Orlando Magic are looking for a strong point guard to add to their roster with the second overall pick. According to Orlandopinstripedpost.com, the Magic are interested in Syracuse’s Michael Carter-Williams, Indiana’s Victor Oladipo and Michigan’s Trey Burke.
The Magic hasn’t disclosed any information regarding the players asked to visit their facilities and participate in personal workouts. However on Wednesday night (May 29th), Trey Burke posted a graphic on his Instagram account letting his followers know he had just landed in Orlando.
Burke averaged 18.6 points and 6.7 assists per game during this past season at the University of Michigan . Burke led the Wolverines to the NCAA National Title Game and received the 2013 AP College Basketball Player of the Year award as well as the 2013 Naismith Award. Following his great success with the Wolverines, Burke entered the 2013 NBA draft.
The NBA Draft will be held on June 27th.
