Orlando Magic’s forward Tobias Harris sprained his left ankle during the preseason and has not played since. Before the Magic’s practice Tuesday, he said he is about two weeks from returning.
Harris arrived in Orlando on Feb. 21, 2013 after the Magic traded J.J. Redick, Gustavo Ayon and Ish Smith for the Bucks’ Harris, Beno Udrih and Doron Lamb.
Prior to arriving in Orlando, Harris appeared in 70 career NBA regular season games, all with the Bucks, averaging 4.9 points per game (ppg.), and 2.3 rebounds per game (rpg.) in 11.5 minutes per game (minpg.) In Orlando, things changed for Harris, in th 27 games he appeared in he averaged 17.3 ppg., 8.5 rpg., 2.1 assists per game, 1.37 blocks per game in 36.1 minpg.
