The Orlando Magic and General Manager Rob Hennigan are busy recreating the roster for the upcoming season. In the past week, they have trade away their scoring leader, Arron Afflalo, waived veteran point guard Jameer Nelson, acquired shooting guard Evan Fournier, waived guard Doron Lamb and claimed guard Willie Green off waivers.
Today Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the Magic and Ben Gordon reached a two-year, $9 million contract.

A source told SportsTalkFlorida.com on Sunday that the Orlando Magic will not extend a qualifying offer to guard E’Twaun Moore for the 2014-15 season. On Wednesday morning, the team announced the signings of rookie forward Aaron Gordon and rookie guard Elfrid Payton.
Hennigan still has the option of waiving guard Ronnie Price, forward Jason Maxiell and forward Kyle O’Quinn by mid-July.
Expect to see more roster moves in the coming weeks.
