With Larry Sanders, so go the Milwaukee Bucks and without him for much of the season, they’ve gone nowhere.
The 25-year-old Bucks center said Wednesday that he will not play again this season as he sits with an orbital bone fracture near his eye that required surgery.
“Because of my eye and missing this time here, I get a chance to start back before everybody does,” Sanders said, via The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. “That’s my plan, to at least be in the gym three weeks before everybody else does, just working on my body. Just working on my health and my nutrition and my body.”
