Video: Arroyo Runs Circles around Kyrie, D-Rose

Carolos Arroyo Shines Against Team USA

While most people were keeping an eye on Derrick Rose and the rest of Team USA, there was another point guard stealing the show when Team USA took on Puerto Rico Friday night. That player was none other than former Heat and Magic point guard, Carlos Arroyo.

Arroyo was practically running circles around D-Rose and Kyrie Irving…however his fancy ball handling was one of the few bright spots for Puerto Rico. Team USA dominated in a 112-86 victory.

Arroyo last played in the NBA in 2011 for the Boston Celtics, and has spent the last few seasons playing overseas in Turkey. Judging by his recent performance, it would not surprise me if Arroyo received a phone call from an NBA team looking for some point guard depth.
