The Incredible Future Of Arena Entertainment

3D Imaging Opens Door To Endless Possibilities

The night that the Cleveland Cavaliers retired Zydrunas Ilgauskas‘ number they had an elaborate pre-game tribute that included an awesome 3D presentation provided by Quince Imagery.

The company released some of the footage and it is marvelous and the opportunities in arenas and dome stadiums coast to coast brings an endless possibilities of how to enhance the experience for those attending the event.

Scott Sargent of WaitingForNextYear (LINK) said of the technology, “This projection system cost an exorbitant amount of money, so it’s easy to understand the lack of cost-effectiveness, but the fact that this technology even exists provides some insight into what the future holds for the ever-evolving arena of in-game experiences”

Quince Imaging also did the Miami Heat Ring Ceremony:

I am a fan of all sports but am most passionate about baseball. From the fanatical to analytical, nothing about the game escapes me. Being born and raised in Northeast Ohio I'm very familiar with the heartache and pain that sports can bring and hope that I bring some understanding of the other side to my coverage. I will focus mostly on baseball but also cover the Tampa Bay Lightning, one of the most electric franchises in all of sports. Always willing to converse about any sport and have only one rule and that is be respectful at all times.
