HEAT Re-Issues Fraud Alert for Game 7

MIAMI — The Miami HEAT announced today that it has re-issued its fraud alert to warn HEAT fans about the potential dangers of purchasing 2013 NBA Finals tickets from third party sources.

HEAT fans are encouraged to make their ticket purchases directly from the team. The general public can purchase tickets online at HEAT.com or through the team’s resale site, NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace, which is also located online at HEAT.com. Tickets available on NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace are sold by HEAT Season Ticket Holders and other fans. NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace is a safe and convenient way for fans to purchase tickets that would be unavailable otherwise, including lower bowl tickets. Ticket prices for the NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace are established by each individual when the tickets are posted for sale and often exceed face value.

“Given the excitement surrounding Game 7 and the demand for tickets being at an all-time high, HEAT fans are reminded that NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace is the only secondary site where purchases are authenticated and verified by Ticketmaster,” said President of The HEAT Group’s Business Operations, Eric Woolworth. “Most importantly, fans will be assured entrance into AmericanAirlines Arena tonight if they purchase their tickets from the NBATickets.com Resale Marketplace. HEAT fans can save themselves the heartache and frustration of being denied access to a game by buying tickets directly from us or on NBATickets.com.”

Fans purchasing resale tickets via NBATickets.com may have their tickets delivered by email to print from a personal computer similar to printing a boarding pass from a home computer / printer.
