Miami Heat star Chris Bosh is giving serious consideration to the Houston Rockets’ maximum contract of four years, $88 million, according to ESPN’s Chris Broussard.
He was waiting to see what LeBron James was going to do before making any rash decisions. But after a conversation over the weekend with James, it was clear that he could explore his options, including the Rockets deal.
He’s willing to take a pay cut to of five years paying anywhere from $80-90 million to stay in Miami but the Heat want him to take a deal smaller than that. This could be another factor for looking around the league.
