NBA News: Okaro White Shines in the NBA Summer League

Once the pride and joy of Clearwater High, Okaro White, now has his sights set on the NBA following a successful career at Florida State University. Despite not being drafted in this year’s NBA Draft, White recently played in the Orlando NBA Summer League for the Memphis Grizzlies. The 6’9 forward was able to hold his own, and may have played his way into landing on a roster in the NBA Developmental League. In the D-League White could work on his game and continue his quest of becoming an NBA player.
