Morrison Out for the Year, Debose to Return

Will Muschamp would like to wake up from this nightmare now. Floridas disastrous 2013 season is somehow still getting worse every day.

On Monday, Muschamp announced that his teams leading tackler and starting middle linebacker, sophomore Antonio Morrison, is out for the season. He tore his meniscus during Floridas 34-17 loss to Vanderbilt on Saturday.

Morrisonled the team with 56 tackles, including one for a loss, and two hurries. Michael Taylor, a redshirt junior, is second on the team with 53 tackles and will likely move over to the middle linebacker position.

In other news,Muschamp said wide receiver/special teams player Andre Debose has decided to apply for a medical redshirt that would enable him to return for a sixth season.

Debose tore his ACL prior to the start of the season, the first of what is now 10 Gators who are out for the year due to injury.

Does anyone think this squad could still make a bowl game?
