The announcement was made before officials from the City of St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, INDYCAR and Firestone, along with series drivers, event sponsors and VIPs at its annual Green Flag Luncheon, presented by the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, which marks the start of the 2014 event.
