Joe Maddon Talks Rays’ Spring Training

Tampa Bay Rays manager Joe Maddon joined the Whitney Johnson Experience to talk Rays spring training and the upcoming season.

“He was good today. we had a meeting with him earlier and he says he’s doing better. He says he’s doing better than yesterday.”

“That was a nice offseason surprise for ya. He’s back, and says he feels like he never left. It’s great to have him back.”

“We have a plan to deal with him opening day. We just wanna win that game and get it out of the way.”
