New York Jets running back Chris Johnson has already rushed for 2,000 yards once in his career. Now Johnson is saying that he is capable again reaching a goal that only seven players have reached in NFL history.
” I’d just retire and not play any more if I didn’t feel like I was still capable of being a 2,000-yard back,” Johnson said to the New York Daily News.
If Chris Johnson does reach this goal, he would be the first player in the history of the NFL to reach it twice, cementing his bid for entering in the Hall of Fame.
