According to the Chicago Sun-Times Jay Cutler will start for the Chicago Bears Sunday in Cleveland versus the Browns.
Cutler last played in week 10 where the Bears lost 21-19 to the Detroit Lions. This season so far Cutler has injured his groin and ankle.
The backup Josh McCown has looked good in head coach Marc Trestman’s offense, winning last week’s “NFC Offense Player Of The Week” award. There was speculation that McCown would stay the starter till he cooled off.
In seven games McCown has a 109.8 QB rating with 13 touchdowns and one interception, completing 66.8% of his passes.
In eight games Culter has 88.4 QB rating with 13 touchdown and eight interceptions, completing 63% of his passes.
