Dwight Howard In A Better Place

No one needs to remind Dwight Howard how difficult the last few season have been for him.

With the team distractions over and a healthy back, the Houston Rockets center is enjoying the game of basketball again.

“I feel good, this season has been fun,” Howard said.

The eight-time All-Star is averaging 18.8 points and 12.5 rebounds (second in the NBA) per game for a Rockets team that is (36-17) and in the hunt for a deep playoff run.

“We have a long way to go, the Spurs and Thunder have been together a lot longer and we have some work to do,” Howard explained.

Howard and Houston are sitting six games back of Oklahoma City for the top spot in the Western Conference.
