Buffalo Wild Wings has pulled its sponsorship from the Arizona-based bowl game known as the Fiesta Bowl, according to the Arizona Republic.
The game is formerly known as the the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl and Insight Bowl. It is owned by the Fiesta Bowl, which lost its title sponsor, Tostitos, earlier this month.
“It’s not ideal that we don’t have a sponsor right now, but I look at it as an opportunity,” Fiesta Bowl executive director Mike Nealy told the Republic.
Nealy took over the job as Fiesta Bowl executive director last month. He is the former president and CEO of the Phoenix Coyotes.
