Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun‘s diagnosis has changed.
He was first diagnosed with an intercostal strain, but after taking an MRI yesterday, the real injury is an oblique strain, according to Tom Haudricourt the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. There is also no timetable for his return.
“I think it’s good to know exactly what we’re dealing with, we can figure out exactly how to treat it,” said Braun, according to the paper. “The primary purpose of the MRI was to figure out where the primary issue is so we can figure out what to do with it.”
